KREEGER

Catherine Elizabeth Kreeger born April 25th, 2007, died in the early hours on July 5th, 2025, at her home with her parents by her side. Catherine was born in Fairfax, Virginia. She is survived by her parents Nathan and Teresa, brothers Christian, Cian and Coen Kreeger. Catherine graduated from London High School in May 2025.

One of Catherine's favorite things was coming to school.  She loved strolling the halls at London High School- smiling and giving fist bumps to kids and staff as they walked by. Catherine loved music, dancing around with others, watching Signing Time with Rachel, and relaxing in the beanbag chair. She was a girly girl in every sense of the word-she loved getting her nails painted, hair brushed and braided, and putting chapstick on her lips.

She was fiercely proud of her brothers and loved her family with her whole heart. She would lay on the floor as Cian played video games and laugh when he would yell at the game. Catherine enjoyed lying on the couch with Coen while they watched TV, but her most special person was her dad—she was a total daddy's girl.

Though her time here was far too short, she made every moment count. Catherine was born with CHARGE syndrome but never let that diagnosis stop her from being able to celebrate many milestones that her family was told she would never do.  She went to the homecoming dance, celebrated her 18th birthday, and even graduated from high school this year where she walked across the stage to get her diploma.  She'll be remembered not just for who she was, but for how she made people feel.

A funeral mass will be held on Friday, July 11, 2025, at St. Simon and Jude, 9350 High Free Pike West Jefferson, Ohio 43162, beginning at 11:00 AM with Father Dwayne McNew officiating. Those attending are asked to wear yellow or orange in support of Catherine's favorite colors and her vibrant personality.
