COVERDALE

Carol Sue Coverdale, 79, of Mount Sterling, died Thursday, June 24, 2021, in Mount Carmel Grove City.

Born September 20, 1941, in Clay City, Kentucky, she was a daughter of George O. and Ethel (Mastin) Perry.

Carol was an avid reader, could do the New York Times crossword puzzle in ink, adored babies, family, and the hills of Kentucky.

Survivors include her husband of 58 years, David Coverdale; daughter Sheila Coverdale; granddaughter Brooke Nicole Coverdale; brothers Dennis W. (Carolyn) Perry and George O. (Sue) Perry, Jr.; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents George and Ethel, son Craig Adam Coverdale, brothers Roy Perry and Ernest Perry, sisters Betty Frum, Virginia Gill and Eloise Estepp.

Friends may call at the EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 103 N. Main Street, London from 1-4 PM, Wednesday, June 30, 2021, with a memorial service being held around 2:30 PM.
