ADAMS Carol (Scaggs) Adams, 67, of London, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, May 1st 2018. A celebration of life visitation will be 1:00 pm on May 26th at Hill's 36, 1715 Cumberland Rd, London, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Naomi (Hopper) Scaggs, and brothers Charlie and Jay. She leaves cherished memories to her husband of 20 years, Roger Adams, brother Steve (Beth) Scaggs, daughter Jena (Jones) Evans and stepdaughter Sarah (Adams) Rothgeb, nephews, and grandchildren.
