SMITH Carlos Eloise Tooker Smith, 76, of Mechanicsburg, died Friday, August 14, 2015 in her residence. Born September 7, 1938 in Mechanicsburg; she was a daughter of Fay Herbert and Virginia Gustava (Brubaker) Tooker. Survivors include her children Jon (Dee) Fraley of Greenwood, IN, Rachel Fraley of Plain City and Ginna (B.J.) Purdum of London; six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Wesley "Pete" Smith, brother Joe and sisters Suzanne and Faythe. Private graveside services were held at the family's convenience.
