HARPER Carl Eugene Harper, 72, of London died Thursday, December 20, 2018 in the Select Specialty Hospital, Columbus. Born July 18, 1946 in Ray, Ohio; he was a son of Harold William and Margaret Eloise (Speakman) Harper. Gene had worked for the Ray Butts Farm in Mt. Sterling. Survivors include his brothers and sisters Bill Harper, Betty Hopkins, Elsie Snyder, Carolyn Redding, Susie (John) Lindig, Vicky (Ken) Johnson, Martha (Russ) Cutlip, John (Judy) Harper, Rose Harper (Chad Stedding) and Danny (Tonya) Harper; numerous niece sand nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and sisters Evelyn and Jennie. Visitation and funeral services will not be observed.
