Brenda Groves

Brenda Joyce Groves, aged 79, passed on 9 Oct 2020, while in her sleep, at home near Mechanicsburg Ohio.

She was born on 12 Feb 1941, on Elmendorf Horse Farm, near Lexington KY, and the oldest child of Ollie Stanley Waters and Alice Floreen (Florence) Hardin.

Married the second time, on 19 May 1982, in Columbus Ohio, to her current husband, Kenneth Groves. She was previously married and divorced from George Tittle where they had four children.

Besides her husband, she is survived by her four children: Linda Tittle-Hatfield (Bud), Gary Tittle (Julie), Randy Tittle, and Deanna Young (Brian Brandel). She is survived by three sisters: Mary Smith, Suzie Santavicca (Ronnie), and Ruth Huston (Robert), and a sister-in-law (Marla Waters).

She had two brothers (Stanley and Jerry) who previously passed.

Brenda is survived by nine grandchildren, two great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, in-laws, and friends from Ohio and Louisiana.

She worked for several years, first at Sheffield Veterinary Hospital, followed by Madison County Hospital, prior to her retirement around Nov 2005.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, October 17, 2020 in Maple Grove Cemetery, Mechanicsburg, with Pastor Blair Miller officiating. Friends may call at the EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 103 N. Main Street, London from 3-6 PM Friday.
