HAYNES Bradley J. Haynes, 48, of London died as a result of a helicopter accident on Tuesday, January 29, 2019. Born July 26, 1970 in London; he was a son of Walter V. and Maxine (King) Haynes. Brad was a firefighter for Jefferson Township Fire Department, also working for Hamilton Township and Survival Flight. He loved horse racing and belonged to the Ohio Standard Bred Association, the United States Trotting Association and the NRA. Survivors include his children Morgan Lynn (James) Higgins, Nathan Bradley Haynes, Lindsey Alyse Haynes, Bradley J. Haynes, Jr. and Katherine Cherie Haynes; brother John (Kathy) Haynes, sister Vickie (Richard) Travis; nephews Christopher (Tracy) Haynes, Dexter Craig (Dee) Haynes, Jason (Julie) Travis and Rick (Jenn) Travis, 11 great nieces and nephews, several cousins including Harry (Cathy) White; BJ's mom Brittany Turvy and his best friend Mike Cogdill. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Cathy Haynes. Funeral services will be observed at 1 PM Monday, February 4, 2019 in St. John's Lutheran Church, 380 Keny Blvd., London with Chaplain Larry Baker officiating. A procession to Deercreek Township Cemetery will follow. Friends may call at the church from 9 AM until time of service Monday.
