NIBERT

Betty Jo Nibert, 81, of Summerford, died Sunday, May 28, 2023, in her residence surrounded by her family.

Born December 31, 1941, in Portsmouth, Ohio, she was a daughter of Richard C. and Evelyn (Shover) Stiles.

Betty retired from Stanley Electric in London in 2003 and belonged to the VFW Auxiliary and Chapter #495, OES, Lucasville. She also attended the First United Methodist Church of London.

Survivors include her children Ronda Kiser, Tonya Tackett and Duane (DeAnna) Nibert; grandchildren Dustin, (Britnie) Ewry, Cody Worthington, Lance (Krista) Ryder, Kyle (Jenny) Peterman, Jessie (Jackie) Kiser, Shayne Kiser, and Taylor Nibert; 14 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild; sisters Barbara Zornes and Sue Snook; nieces and nephews Doug Gattshall, Kenny Patton, Jackie Snook, Joann Hutton and Dawn Wright.

She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter Shelli Ryder, nieces Cheryl and Carol Snook.

Funeral services will be held at 6:00 PM Thursday, June 1, 2023, in the EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 103 North Main Street, London, with Pastor Jim Blankenship officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home Thursday from 3:00 PM until the time of services.
