BRUGGEMAN Becky Bruggeman, 46, of Columbus, died Friday, May 4, 2018 in Columbus. Born July 24, 1971 in London, Ohio; she was the daughter of Betty J. (Harper) and Carl T. Hopkins. Becky was a volunteer at the HELP House in London. Survivors include her brothers Carl Hopkins and Kenny Lee (Debbie) Hopkins; mother Betty Hopkins; boyfriend David William Kephart; nephew Bryan Hopkins and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
