Born February 8, 1928 in London, Ohio; she was the daughter of Forrest W. and Margaret E. (Lowery) Dowler. Barbara graduated from London High School in 1945.Survivors include her son, Douglas Heath, sisters Jane Hughes and Judy (Baird) Borders; brother Phil (Debbi) Dowler and many nieces, nephews and cousins.She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Donald Dailey, siblings Betty Bogenrife and Charles "Bud" Dowler.A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at THE EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 103 N.
