It is with deep sorrow and heartfelt love that we announce the unexpected passing of Amber Nicole White, a beloved daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, friend, and the light in so many lives. Amber passed away Monday, February 23, 2026, in Springfield Regional Medical Center at the age of 42.

Born April 5, 1983, in Springfield, Amber was a daughter of David White and Terri (Ulery) Presley. She brought beauty into the world in countless ways. A gifted and passionate creative spirit, she found joy in painting and restoring old furniture – seeing potential where others saw wear and turning the ordinary into something meaningful and new.

Music was the soundtrack of her life. Whether it was playing softly in the background or filling the room as she sang along, it brought comfort and joy. She had a natural sense of style and loved keeping up with fashion trends, always expressing herself with confidence and flair. And if there was an opportunity to go shopping – whether for a special occasion or just because – she embraced it wholeheartedly, delighting in finding the perfect piece or thoughtful gift.

Amber will be remembered for her vibrant spirit, her creativity, and the love she shared so freely. Her laughter, kindness, and unique spark touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.

In keeping with Amber’s generous heart, she was able to give one final and lasting gift as an organ donor, offering hope and life to others in their time of greatest need. Even in passing, she continued to make a difference – an enduring reflection of the compassion and selflessness that defined her life.

Though her time with us was far too short, the beauty she created and the memories she leaves behind will continue to inspire and comfort those who loved her.

Left to cherish her memory include her children: Jazmine Rutherford, Jaiden Simmons, Camren Steward, Izaiah Freeze, Zakiah Payton, and Kingstin White; grandchildren: Olivia Rutherford, Cleo Miller, Sophia Simmons, Aaliyah Steward, and Noah Steward; her mother Terri Presley; siblings: Stacey Wood, Shannon White, David White Jr., Kelsey Presley, Derek Presley, Devin Presley; Boyfriend Lorenzia Higgins and Lucas Irwin (Father of Kingstin); many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Amber was preceded in death by her father David White, stepfather Rick Presley, and special friends Jason Cromlish and Bradley Rutherford.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Sunday, March 1, 2026, from 4:00 – 6:00 PM in the EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 103 North Main Street, London, Ohio 43140. A heartfelt service will begin at 6:00 PM where family, friends, and loved ones are invited to share memories and honor the beautiful impact she made on all who knew her.
