WILSON Allen M. Wilson, 82, of Los Angeles, CA., died Tuesday, May 19, 2015. Born September 26, 1932 in Toledo, Ohio; he was the son of Robert P. and Marjorie (Holloway) Wilson. He married Shirley A. Thames in 1957 and they celebrated 27 years together. Allen graduated from London High School and had the distinction of attending 12 years of school without missing one day. After graduation he joined the Air Force and served during the Korean Wartime. Allen retired after 37 years from Rockwell International where he was an Associate Engineer. He was faithful member of the Messiah Baptist Church of Los Angeles, enjoyed Nascar and was a member of the Oldsmobile Club of Southern California for over 4 decades. Allen loved to travel and had amassed a host of friends throughout the United States. He was a mentor to many people in Southern California and loved by all who knew him. Survivors include his son Allen M. (Vicky) Wilson II; daughter Veronica L. (Gregory) Wilson-Dorsey and grandson Allen M. Wilson III all of California; many nephews, nieces and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Shirley and infant child. Graveside services will at 10 AM Saturday, May 30, 2015 at Kirkwood Cemetery in London, Ohio with Reverend Sandie Cunningham officiating. Visitation will be observed from 5-7 PM on Friday, May 29, 2015 in the EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 103 N. Main Street, London.
