LONG Alice Jane Long, 74, of London died Thursday, May 8, 2014 in her residence. Born June 27, 1939 in Fayette County; she was a daughter of Albert and Helen Bean. Alice retired from Madison County Hospital and loved to play bingo, watch games shows and her favorite the Cincinnati Reds. Survivors include her daughter Debbie (Don) Elliott and their children Sara (DJ), Tyler (Stephanie), Lisa (Charles) and David (Bobbie); sons Ray (Donna) Long and their children Kevin (Nicole), Cindi and Brandon; Jeff Long and his children Shawn (Brittany), Jordan, Xavier and Rachel; Darren (Angie) Long and their children Kyle, Desaree and Mackenzie and Chris (Cece) Long and their children Macey and Cidny, 19 great grandchildren, sisters Nancy (Bob) Long and Liz Parnell both of London, brothers Robert (Darlene) Bean of Wilmington and Dennis (Jill) Bean of Florida, several nieces and nephews, brothers in law Dick (Mary) Long and Bill Long of London and Larry Long of Georgetown and her beloved pets Tobie and Ollie. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Ray, brothers Jack and Roger, parents in law Newt and Hazel Long, brother in law Jim and sisters in law Gloria and Nikki. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Tuesday in the EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 103 N. Main Street, London with Pastor Gaye Gossard officiating. Interment will follow in Paint Memorial Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 2-4 and 6-8 PM Monday.
