KIRK
William "Bill" Kirk, beloved husband, father, Papaw, and great-grandpa, peacefully passed away on March 22, 2024, surrounded by his cherished loved ones. Born on January 21, 1942, Bill's life was a testament to love, laughter, and cherished memories.
Bill shared 63 unforgettable years of marriage with his devoted wife, Florence Kirk, whom he married on March 21, 1961. Their enduring love was a source of inspiration to all who knew them.
Born to Harold and Eliza Jane Kirk, Bill was a loving brother to Kenny, Johnny, and Dyanna. As a father, he was a guiding light to his children Michael (Mindy), Lisa (Albert), Garey (Denise), and Andrew (Angela)
Bill's legacy extended to his 7 grandchildren: Amanda, Katie, Nikki, Nona, Angelina, Anna, and Matthew, as well as his 13 great-grandchildren, who brought immense joy to his life.
An avid golfer with a knack for humor, Bill was known for his quick wit and infectious laughter. He found joy in dancing and cherished moments spent listening to old country music and dancing with every chance he had. His love for westerns and annual trips to Wildwood, Florida, during cold winters were cherished traditions that brought him immense happiness.
Bill dedicated many years of hard work to Anheuser-Busch, contributing to its success before retiring to savor more time with his beloved family and pursue his passions.
His warm smile, kind heart, and unwavering love will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. Bill's spirit and the memories he created will live on forever in the hearts of his family and friends.
A celebration of Bill's life will be held on Monday, March 25, 2024, beginning at 1:00 PM in the Eberle Fisher Funeral Home and Crematory, 103 North Main Street, London, Ohio with Pastor Sue McClelland officiating.
